CHARLOTTE, NC – Charlotte Checkers head coach and general manager Jeff Daniels announced today the team has assigned goaltender John Muse to its ECHL affiliate, the Florida Everblades.

Muse, 23, was recalled Oct. 22 to fill in for the injured Justin Peters and backed up for three games during the Checkers’ recent trip to Oklahoma City, San Antonio and Houston.
