Charity Golf Classic
Each team or individual registered in the tournament will golf with a Checkers player and have the opportunity to win great prizes.
Entry Fees
- $200 per individual player
- $1,250 for corporate team entry (includes registrations for five players and two tee box sponsorship signs)
Entry fees include green and cart fees, range balls, lunch, dinner, beverages, awards and prize packs.
Interested golfers should RSVP to Lindsay Fender at lfender@gocheckers.com or 704-940-4083 before Monday, Oct. 15, to secure a spot. Registration can also be completed by downloading and printing this form.
